Welcome to ChatGlobe, a translation bot designed for Slack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatGlobe service (the "Service") provided by CodeX ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service provides instant translation functionalities within Slack to facilitate communication across different languages. You are responsible for the content you translate using the Service and for the consequences thereof.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CodeX and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable;

• Violate any law or regulation;

• Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

7. Subscription Fees and Payment

The Service is available under a subscription model. Fees are charged on a [monthly/annual] basis and must be paid in advance. All fees are non-refundable, except as provided in the refund policy below.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us at Customer Support within 7 days of your subscription start date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to complete.

After 7 days, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unutilized Service, except at our sole discretion or where required by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
